By accessing or using Mint Forex Signals ("MFS", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Mint Forex Signals is an automated trading signals platform that analyses forex market conditions and generates trade signals for use with compatible Expert Advisors (EAs) on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. MFS does not knowingly provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where forex trading or the use of automated trading tools is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. MFS is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
One account per user is permitted. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is received. Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be terminated and data deleted.
The signals, information, and content provided by MFS are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. MFS is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.
You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk. MFS does not guarantee profits, and past signal performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
Forex and CFD trading involves significant risk of loss. Automated trading, including the use of Expert Advisors and signal services, can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. By using MFS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclaimer and accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes.

All content, branding, software, algorithms, and materials on the MFS platform are the intellectual property of Mint Forex Signals and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFS and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or other reasons. MFS shall not be liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, as required for legal and operational purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MFS, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
